Refund Policy

1. Overview

ColorBestie is a digital subscription service that uses credits to generate AI color previews and marker color-code matches. This policy explains when refunds may be available and how to request one.

2. Subscriptions

ColorBestie subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals, but it does not automatically refund payments that have already been processed.

If you believe a subscription charge was made by mistake, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the payment.

3. Credits and Digital Usage

Credits are used for digital AI processing. Credits that have already been used to generate a preview, unlock color codes, or process a request are generally non-refundable.

Unused purchased credit packs and unused subscription access may be reviewed case by case, but refunds are not guaranteed unless required by applicable law.

4. Web Purchases via Stripe

For purchases made on colorbestie.app through Stripe, you can request a refund review by emailing us at support@colorbestie.app.

Please include:

  • the email address used for your ColorBestie account,
  • the payment date,
  • the reason for the refund request, and
  • any relevant screenshots or receipt details.

5. App Store Purchases

If you purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds are handled by the relevant app store and are subject to that store's refund rules. ColorBestie cannot directly issue refunds for app store transactions from inside our Stripe account.

  • Apple purchases: request a refund through Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com flow.
  • Google Play purchases: request a refund through Google Play's order history or support flow.

6. Technical Problems

If a technical error causes credits to be charged without delivering the expected result, contact us. We may restore credits, provide support, or review a refund depending on what happened.

7. Abuse and Fraud

We may refuse refund requests that appear abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with normal use of the service. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
